I am inspired and guided by the principle that ultimately we are all ultimately  part of one super conscious -Source/Great Spirit. Like drops of water creating the unfathomably massive sea.  We are all individual, yet all part of the whole seamlessly woven together ultimately by the fabric of the strongest force in the universe= LOVE. We are on a journey to “remember” who we are, find balance, and vibrant power in connecting with this energy that is always available to us if we ask, listen, and allow. 

I understood this concept in early August 2008,  gazing up into the stars while walking alone along beach during the early morning hours (around 3 a.m.) in  Cabo San Lucas. I fell into a trance almost, seeing and feeling this energy connecting all the stars and galaxies and all of us- like a giant illuminated  spider web of intricate connections. Certainly, one of the most uplifting, joyful, empowering, freeing,  and energizing moments of my life. 

We are individual yet part of all that is, connected, and ultimately ONE!  Just as the cells of our body are varied in function, size, purpose they all communicate and thrive within the greater whole -our bodies.  We too are part of this universal soup with great ability to shape our lives and our world with using the power of our mind, intentions, and focus. 

Humans have lived far too long in a state of separation from themselves, from the human family, and definitely from our overarching important role in the evolving, expanding universe. 

I believe that when humanity begins to understand the truth in  this unified perspective, peace and wellness for all will flourish more rapidly on earth. We have a long way to go, but I believe we’ve got this! This blog is my way of contributing, healing, uplifting, expanding.

I hope to bring you on a bit of a journey that may resonate with your soul and satisfy to some degree potential curiosities. I am not claiming that I have all the answers, nor I am a perfect citizen (well who really is?). I am going to share what has helped me feel more free, connected, rooted,  and joyous with the revelations presented on my life path thus far, fueled from over 20 plus years of soul searching. 

My ultimate goal is to assist in co-creating a more united, connected, and compassionate and healthy planet that thrives with more balance and harmony created through a deeper understanding of who we truly are and why we are here.

No matter where we are on our spiritual journey and regardless if we recognize it or not, we are ALL on a spiritual journey considering we are all spirits rooted partially in this world yet dwelling in other realms simultaneously. 

Let’s not underestimate or forget the power we all have to be a positive influence in our world simply by listening to our inner voice, our inspiration, and keeping our vibrations high- remembering that God along with all the angels, ascended masters, and beings of higher consciousness are cheering us on every step of the way on our journey toward greater enlightenment on this mystical “hike of life”.

Trust your Feelings:
I would like to also mention that one way of instantly knowing something is “true” is checking in with your feelings. You will just know if the material is right for you or not. And if not, I take no offense. The God of the Universe teaches and shares with us in myriad ways and none is better or worse, all is related to your level of consciousness and what you need to move further into the light, even if that means taking a few steps back to realize what you are “not”. Certainly, I have done that on many occasions. All experiences are important, we just have to make sure our arrow of navigation is pointed the direction we want to head over and over again even if we lose our course from time to time.

The Intuition:
In my opinion the foundation of all discoveries is rooted in intuition. We learn from it even from it when we choose to ignore it. In other traditions called the “holy spirit, higher self, divine essence”. The intuition is just simply fascinating and can bring up a myriad of connections to our multi-dimensionalism, the higher self, the over-soul which has the advantage of a bird’s eye view and within a fragment of a second- knowing which direction to take, who to talk to, what book to pick up, what next step in this maze of life.

Explanation of categories: “Home” composed of more or less why I am writing these blogs and how I arrived here. “Insights” involve just that mostly those of a spiritual metaphysical nature that can perhaps inspire new persepctives. “Mind/Body/Spirit” is where I share important tips to live with most balance and vitality. “Starseed” is for those of you who feel as though you came to Earth on a mission to help awaken others, heal, or assist in the ascension process of all life on this planet. 

Throughout you will find highlights or cathartic experiences that I feel give context and have relevance to the mysterious and mystical way life is designed to help us grow into greater versions of our evolving “self”.
